Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to live online courses sold by Knoa Labs Private Limited ("Knoa Labs", "we", "us").

1. Free consultation and demo class

Enquiries, consultations and demo classes are free. No payment is taken when you fill in a form on this site.

2. Cancellation before the batch starts

If you cancel your enrolment at least [7] days before your batch start date, you get a full refund of the fee paid, minus [₹X / no] processing charges.

3. Cancellation after the batch starts

• Within the first [2 live classes / 7 days]: [X]% of the fee paid is refunded.
• After that: fees are non-refundable, but you may request a one-time transfer to a later batch, subject to seat availability.

4. If Knoa Labs cancels or reschedules

If we cancel a batch, you can choose a full refund or a seat in the next batch. If we reschedule a class, it will be recorded and made available in your dashboard.

5. EMI and third-party finance

If you paid through an EMI or finance partner, refunds are processed back through that partner and are subject to their terms and charges [CONFIRM].

6. How to request a refund

Email business@knoalabs.com or WhatsApp +91 98959 05599 with your name, registered phone number and payment reference. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within [7–10] working days.
